Charlotte Bova - Listing Specialist & Team Leader
- Charlotte's focus is listing homes, prospecting daily for buyers for our listings & listings for our buyers, showing homes and negotiating contracts for our clients
- Charlotte's normal hours are typically Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6 pm. She prospects from 8 am to Noon each morning, returns phone calls after 1pm & normally schedules appointments starting at 3 pm
- When Charlotte is prospecting, she is on the phone looking for buyers for our listings & homes for our buyers

George Gardner - Closing Manager & REO Specialist 
- George's focus as our Closing Manager is handling the process from ratified contract to closing and attending closing with our clients. George reviews inspection reports with our clients and negotiates repairs between buyer and seller.
- George's focus is also handling our REO properties which are ones that have been foreclosed on. Our two main REO sellers are currently Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac.
- George's hours are typically Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5 pm. Appointments are scheduled during these times.

Beth Hamlin-Brown - Closing Coordinator
- Beth's job is handling all administrative details for our sellers & buyers that are under contract to ensure your experience with us is smooth
and uneventful. She processes all contracts & paperwork and keeps
files up to date and on track. She checks email, and
assists with answering the phone.
- Beth coordinates all parties involved from the time we ratify a contract to closing day at the attorney's office. Other Agents,
secretaries, lenders, attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, termite
companies are just a few of
the many people she contacts on your behalf: scheduling inspections,
setting the closing date & time, monitoring deadlines, etc.
- Beth's hours are Monday through Thursday 8am - 6:00pm

Liza Pritchard - Listing Coordinator
- Liza's job is handling all administrative details for our listings to ensure your experience with us is smooth and uneventful. She processes all paperwork for our sellers and keeps files up to date and on track.
- As one of our customer service specialists, she answers the phone and assists with emails.
- Liza handles most of the marketing for our listings: updating websites, coordinating caravans, etc. She keeps our sellers up-to-date on showings & contacts agents to get feedback from their showings.
- Liza's hours are Monday through Thursday 8am - 5:00pm & Friday 8am - 12 noon

Tom Simpson - Listing & Buyer Specialist
- Tom is our second Listing Specialist. He meets with homeowners and assists them with selling their property and negotiating contracts.
- Tom is also one of our Buyer's Agents: he assists Buyers in finding
their perfect home through daily research and showings homes to clients.
He also looks for buyers for our listings.
- Tom helps with delivering paperwork, taking photos and measuring
homes, putting up signs and lock-boxes, meeting inspectors, etc when
necessary
- Tom's hours vary but he usually works Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm and Saturday & Sunday by Appointment

John Stocker - Buyer's Specialist
- John is one of our Buyer's Agents: he assists Buyers in finding their perfect home through daily research and showings homes to clients. He also looks for buyers for our listings.
- John handles delivering paperwork, taking photos and measuring homes, putting up signs and lock-boxes, meeting inspectors, etc when necessary
- John's hours vary but he usually works Monday - Friday, in the afternoon and Saturday & Sunday by Appointment
